I hope you all had lovely weekends. Mine was just what the doctor ordered… totally relaxed with no schedule whatsoever. Apart from Saturday night when my boyfriend (who clearly knows me very well) treated me to an anniversary meal at a restaurant-come-jazz-club, which was right up my street. The food was incredible and then over drinks we enjoyed a performance from an amazing jazz singer who covered both classic and contemporary songs. Such a perfect night.
Onto today’s post and I’m taking you right around the world to Australia (Brisbane to be precise), home to two very talented interior stylists. Hayley Hayes and Tracey Leeson created Porchlight Interiors in 2007, combining their passion for interior design and taking on projects ranging from single room designs to whole houses. The results are beyond beautiful – the rooms are clean and fresh without being clinical, and the colour palettes really reflect the outdoor lifestyle down under. You can just tell these girls have impeccable taste, and you can also bet your bottom (Aussie) dollar that I’ve taken notes for a beach house in the future:
